JENNIFER

I am a Stockholm-based Wedding Photographer passionate about exploring the world with my camera, capturing true emotions and feeling endorphin rushes.

MY AMBITION

I want you to be able to look back at your wedding and get flashbacks immediately.

You know, the same feeling as when you pass by someone who smells the same perfume you wore in sixth grade. You are immediately thrown back to that time. That moment.

HOW
IT ALL STARTED

In the fall of 2005, my friend and I took my parents' digital camera, promised them to be extremely careful, and walked to a large oak tree to capture our very first digital photos. Ever since then, nothing has been as given as me with my camera.

Since then, a lot has happened - thank god. One thing is for sure: I don't shoot oaks very often anymore (unless there's a beautiful couple in front of it, of course). Although I photographed my very first wedding back in 2007 when I was 13 years old, it took a few years before I photographed my next one. And then few more years. And then a few more years. In other words, it has taken me many years and many different experiences to figure out where I want to be with my photography. But in 2020 (great timing, lol) I made up my mind. And now it feels like a given. Weddings give me such a creativity satisfaction that I never get tired of it, despite almost 100 weddings in. And that must mean something, right?

…..when you make your day as personal as possible. When you make it yours and fuck the normative rules about what a wedding usually looks like. When you want to hire me for me - as narcissistic as that sounds. But the truth is that if you're just looking for "a photographer who takes some pictures during the wedding" I'm probably not your kinda gal. Nah, I will play a bit more hard to get than that. And I think it should go both ways. That's when I can get really good photos. And if you've read this far, that's probably what you want too, I think.
